Are short-term leases available?
Our standard lease agreements are structured on a twelve-month basis to ensure community consistency. However, customized short-term arrangements starting from six months can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

High-speed fiber internet, premium satellite television, standard building maintenance, and access to all shared wellness amenities are fully covered in the monthly lease price. Electricity and water are metered independently.
Are pets allowed in the residences?

How does the security deposit work?
